Dads Support Group

Fatherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Many dads carry the weight of providing, protecting, and holding everything together while feeling like they have nowhere to bring their own struggles. Whether you’re preparing for your first child, navigating the newborn stage, raising young kids, or simply trying to become the dad you want to be, this group offers a space where you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

This therapist-facilitated virtual support group is designed for dads who want honest conversations, practical support, and genuine connection with other fathers who understand the challenges of modern fatherhood.

Together we’ll explore topics such as:

  • Adjusting to fatherhood and major life transitions

  • Balancing work, marriage, and family life

  • Managing stress, anxiety, anger, and emotional regulation

  • Postpartum adjustment and supporting your partner

  • Identity shifts after becoming a father

  • Breaking unhealthy generational patterns

  • Becoming the father you want your children to remember

This is an ongoing open group, allowing new members to join as space becomes available. Sessions are held virtually through SimplePractice, creating a confidential, supportive environment where dads can show up authentically, learn from one another, and realize they don’t have to carry it all alone.
